Delete your data
No forms to chase, no retention team to argue with. Cut off one platform, or have everything we hold about you erased.

Dashboard → Connected accounts → Disconnect
Sign in to your dashboard and disconnect the account. Its access token is deleted on the spot and nothing more is published there. Your other connections and your Zyncast account stay as they are.
Email privacy@zyncast.com
Write from the email address on your account, or tell us the WhatsApp number or Telegram username you use, and say you want your account deleted. We confirm it’s you, erase everything listed below, and reply with a reference once it’s done — within 30 days, usually far sooner.
Revoke Zyncast in the platform’s own settings
Every platform lets you remove Zyncast’s access without signing in to us. Links for each are under Revoking access on each platform below.
What gets deleted
Immediately, when you disconnect an account
- Disconnecting an account deletes its access token for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X or YouTube, so we can no longer post as you there
- Posts scheduled for that account stop going to it
Within 30 days of asking us to close your account
- Your account details: name, email address, password hash, and linked WhatsApp number or Telegram chat
- Every access token for your connected accounts
- Your conversation with Zyncast on WhatsApp and Telegram, and the photos, videos and voice notes you sent
- All posts, drafts, schedules and automations, and the media uploaded for them
- Your publishing history and the insights we collected for those posts
- Your sessions, API keys, and any workspace where you are the only member
What we keep
A record that we sent a message to your address or number, a log of actions our staff took on your account (including the deletion itself), and any invoices tax law requires us to keep. None of it contains your posts, media or credentials; we keep it only to prove we honoured your request and to meet audit and tax obligations.
If you share a workspace with other people, the workspace and their work stay with them. If you are its only owner, transfer ownership or remove the other members first — we’ll tell you if that’s needed.

Removing just one connected account
You don’t have to delete everything to cut off one platform. Disconnect it in your dashboard and we drop the token at once and stop publishing there.
Revoking access on each platform
Removing Zyncast on the platform itself stops our access at the source. Ask us to delete what we stored as well, by emailing privacy@zyncast.com.
